Processing and Shipment

All orders should be processed within 2-3 business days. Processing of commissioned orders will take longer, depending on the agreement between the customer and the artist. At times there may be further delays in processing and shipping due to the following events that affect a southern coastal island: Tropical Depressions, Hurricanes, Tornados, or a classic southern thunderstorm that takes the power out. Orders are shipped through USPS, and depending on the destination of the shipment it can take anywhere between 3-10 business days.

Currently I am not accepting any international orders, or any orders outside of the contiguous United States.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to my small inventory of custom pieces I do not accept returns, all sales are final. If you do receive an order that was damaged during shipment please contact me using the email below.

I do accept cancellations within 48hrs of the order. Again please contact me using the email below.

Ownership of Artwork

The rights to all original artwork, designs, prints, yarn creations, and imagery posted on this website or purchased products remain the property of Gerald Loves Henrietta and Sarah Wannamaker. You may NOT reproduce any artwork, designs, prints, yarn creations, and imagery without the written consent of the artist.
